Sometimes the Squeak resources for painting are not good enought. You can import many types of images into the Squeak world.

Open the "Navigator" and press by some seconds "Find". Will appear a menu.

In the new window click in the folder of your PC and in the file.

After this click: "View" and the image will be into your Squeak desktop. It's an object like any other: can be moved, resized etc.

You can click in the button: "Art" to see files: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG. The import for other buttons are not working yet.
