DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS
1 - First of all you need to uninstall, if you have, using the Control Panel, everything related to previous versions of:
If you was using the Nov CTP all this software are of the subversion 134. Now you need to install the subversions 151!
You need to uninstall only beta versions of the .NET Framework 2.0 or Visual C# Express. If you have the actual versions you don't need to uninstall them.
2 - The "WinFX Runtime Components" are the basic software to run WPF applications. The user will need it - and the developer too. Instrutions for download and installation, here:

3 - Now the worst part... You need to download and install the SDK. More than 1 Gb!!!

The download includes the WinFX technologies: .NET Framework 2.0 (if you have installed, no problem), Windows® Presentation Foundation, Windows® Communications Foundation, and Windows® Workflow Foundation.
This download is an .IMG image file, an exact representation of a CD, including the content and the logical format. The most common use of an image file is to write it to a blank CD-R resulting in an identical copy of the original CD including file name and volume label information.
Image files can also be extracted directly to a file location using the Virtual CD-ROM Control Panel for Windows XP tool to mount the image file virtually without burning the image to a DVD.

5 - And finally you need to download and install the WinFX extensions for the Visual C#:

No problem. OK. You will not have any "Orca" or "Cider" at the Visual C# Express...
It's something like a plugin of 25 Mb!
