We can create our world using only the "default" light system of Atmosphere.

But, to enhance the quality of your work it's a good idea to use the lighting resources of the product.
We will begin using the basic light of our galaxy, the Sun.
Open the Lighting Control window of the Builder:

There are some tabs.In the Controls tab, clicking: Begin Lighting this will occurs and you can follow the lighting process, or stop it, or reset it etc.
In the Setting tab you can choose to calculate lights and shadows only for the Sun.
In the Sun tab there are some default values. Look the previous figure. We have accepted the defaults and we receive this result.
Important Notice: this light system for Sun is STATIC. If there are an object (like our ATMObile) moving in the world, the shadow of the object will not move. So, its usable only when you don't have any object with movement.
Important Notice 2: ViewPoint objects are ghosts for this light system! They don't have shadows.
The first values we can change are the angles of the Orientation:

The Cone Angle define the size of the shadows:

And a highter brightness will have its effect:

Try not create very dark worlds. Some bad designers love this, because, in the dark, it's more dificult to note the bad quality of his design.
You can try to create some effects using colors in the Sun light, but it's not easy to create something of good quality.
